Shipping & Returns
Processing time
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email.
Domestic shipping (US)
- Standard: 3–7 business days after processing — $5 flat, free over $50.
- Express: 1–3 business days after processing — $15 flat.
International shipping
7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Duties and taxes may apply at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Not custom or final-sale
Email returns@satiredept.test with your order number to start a return. Refunds land in 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Start a return and place a new order — it's the fastest path. We'll refund the original once the return arrives.
Damaged or wrong item
Email hello@satiredept.test within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
